How do I adjust the size of your rings?

Most of our rings are open and can be adjusted carefully. Gently press the ring together or pull it apart slowly to keep its shape.

Are all rings adjustable?

Many of our rings are adjustable, but some styles come in fixed sizes. Each product page states whether the ring is adjustable or if you need to choose a size.

Which sizes are available in Stainless Blooming & Untamed?

These styles are not adjustable and are available in sizes 6, 7 and 8.

How do I know which size to choose?

Measure around your finger or compare with a ring you already have at home. You can also use our size guide if you are unsure.

Materials & care

What are the products made of?

Our jewelry is mainly made from stainless steel. More information about material and finish can be found on each product page.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Avoid water, perfume, lotion and harsh chemicals. We recommend storing your jewelry in a box or jewelry pouch when not in use.

Can I shower with the jewelry?

Some products are water resistant, but we still recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming or working out to help preserve the finish.

Will the jewelry discolor?

Stainless steel is a durable material, but the finish can be affected by perfume, creams, sweat, chlorine and harsh chemicals. Follow our care instructions for best durability.

What is the difference between the shipping options?

We offer different shipping options with tracking and different delivery times. You will see the available options at checkout before completing your purchase.

I haven’t received an order confirmation — what should I do?

Please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, email us at [email protected].

When will my order be shipped?

We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Is the delivery trackable?

If you choose a trackable shipping option, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

How do I make a return?

You can register your return through our returns page: olympiabutik.se/returns. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions for the next step.

Can I exchange a product?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
