How do you adjust the size of the products?
Our rings are open, which means you can squeeze and pull the ring to your desired size. Since the designs of our rings vary, this also means that they can be adjusted to different extents and with varying ease. For products that are slightly more difficult to adjust, you may need to use a small tool such as pliers, for example. If you have any questions about adjusting the size of specific products, please feel free to contact us for assistance!
Our bracelets either have an extension chain or, like the rings, an opening that allows you to squeeze or pull to your desired size. You can find all these measurements in the product descriptions.
The rings in our "Stainless Blooming" collection are non-adjustable and available in sizes 6, 7, and 8. For detailed information on the measurements, please refer to the product description.
What are the products made of?
Our rings are plated in sterling silver. This means that the outermost layer of the ring is sterling silver, and the inside is a copper alloy. Our bracelets are made of stainless steel.
We have also started applying a protective permanent coating to the rings (orders from June 10th, 2023) and our cuff bracelets (orders from June 27th, 2023), which enhances the quality of the products and protects them from oxidation, color fading, and so on. However, we still recommend following the provided care instructions.

What's the difference between the different shipping methods?
Postnord trackable (SEK 29): Shipped Sent using Varubrev 1st class and you will receive a tracking code via mail that can be entered into the Postnord app. In the app, you will receive updates about the package's whereabouts. Delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days. Shipped with tracking within Sweden.
Postnord EU Trackable (SEK 99): Shipped with tracking within EU. Delivery time approximately 4-6 business days.
Postnord Worldwide Trackable (SEK 109): Shipped with worldwide tracking. Delivery time approximately 4-6 business days.
How do I make a return?
