  2. Ordering  
  • After placing your order, a confirmation is sent to your email with details on products, price, billing and delivery address.
  • If anything looks incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected].
 
  3. Delivery  
  • Normal delivery times within Sweden: 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day.
  • Normal delivery times within EU & Worldwide: 2-7 business days.
  • All parcels are trackable. Tracking ID is sent via email. Carrier: PostNord.
  • If a delay occurs (without prior notice), please contact us at [email protected].

  4. Prices  
  • All prices are in SEK and include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to price changes, typographical errors and adjustments due to incorrect information.
 
  5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)  

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

  • Notify us by emailing [email protected]. Include name, address, email, order number and which items you are returning.
  • Return the item(s) promptly and no later than 14 days after giving notice.
  • You cover return shipping and are responsible for safe packaging. Items must be in unused, original condition.
  • Refund is made once the return is processed. Any deduction may be made for diminished value due to use/damage.

Exclusions: custom-made products or services started with your consent.

 
  6. Complaints & claims  
  • Please contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • File your complaint without undue delay after discovering the defect – email [email protected] with name, address, email, order number and a fault description.
  • If we cannot remedy the defect or replace with an equivalent, we will refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
  • We follow guidance from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN): arn.se.
 
  7. Limitation of liability  
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages that may arise due to the product.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or errors outside our control (e.g. strike, fire, authority decisions, supplier disruptions).
 
  8. Product information  
  • Colours may vary depending on screen/lighting. We aim to present items as accurately as possible.
  • We reserve the right for misprints and items selling out.
 
  9. Cookies  

We use cookies to make the site work, improve your experience and collect statistics. You can manage cookies in your browser. See the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) for more info.

 
  10. Personal data (GDPR)  
  • We process your personal data to handle orders and customer support. We never sell data to third parties without a legal basis.
  • Examples of data: name, address, email, phone, IP address and purchase history.
  • Legal bases: performance of contract (purchase), legal obligation (bookkeeping) and, where applicable, consent (marketing).
  • Payment providers: Swish, Klarna, Nets and Stripe.
  • Carrier: PostNord (email/phone may be shared for notifications).
  • Newsletter (optional): managed via Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Your rights: access, rectification and erasure (except where law requires retention, e.g. bookkeeping).
  • We protect data using SSL/TLS and industry best practices.
 
  11. Changes to terms  

We may update these terms. The latest version is always published on this page and applies from the publication date.

 
  12. Disputes & governing law  

Disputes should first be resolved with our customer support. If unresolved, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN): arn.se. Within the EU you can also use the EU Commission’s ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Swedish law applies.
