📨 Purchase Return Shipping

Sweden:

Do you want to return an item? You can easily purchase the return shipping here.

📦 How it works:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost for standard returns.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
To initiate the return, add this return shipping to your cart and complete the checkout.
In the message field at checkout, please include:
- The order number of the purchase you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- The email address where we should send the return QR code

📧 In case of a faulty or damaged item:
If the product is defective, incorrect, or something went wrong — please contact us before purchasing return shipping. We will then assess whether the return cost should be covered by us.

✅ Once we have received your information, a QR code will be sent to your email. Show this QR code at your local drop-off point — no printing required.

💰 Refunds:
We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it at our warehouse.
The refund will be issued within 10 days after the return has been handled.
