How it works (Sweden)

• You cover the return shipping cost for a standard return.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• To start a return, add the return shipping product to your cart and complete the purchase.

In the checkout message field, please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• The email address where we should send your QR code

Defective or incorrect item

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us before purchasing return shipping. We’ll assess whether we cover the cost.

After we receive your information, we’ll email you a QR code to show at the service point (no printer needed).

Refunds

We aim to process returns within 7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued within 10 days after your return has been processed.
