About Echo:

Echo, a mythological figure from Greek mythology, was known for her beautiful voice and her ability to repeat the words spoken by others. She was a forest nymph and a companion of the goddess Artemis. Echo had a tragic fate as she was transformed by the gods into nothing but a voice, as punishment for trying to save Zeus from his wife's wrath. This transformation made it impossible for her to communicate with others in any way other than by echoing their words. Echo symbolizes both the beautiful power of the voice and the loneliness that can come with being unable to express one's own thoughts and feelings.
