About Medea:

Medea, a mythological figure in Greek mythology, is known for her complex and controversial character. She was a sorceress and princess from Colchis who fell in love with Jason, the hero seeking the Golden Fleece. To help Jason obtain the fleece and escape from her father, King Aeëtes, Medea performed enchantments and even murdered her own brother.
